They are sent automatically to portal libraries or to mailing list recipients.

Managers receive standardised statistics with scorecard elements from the advertisement, marketing, editorial and bookkeeping departments. They are also supplied with reports on the latest performance figures such as print-run size, reach or page impressions and unique visitors.

Sales staff in the office or in the field are sent standardised object presentations to prepare for visits to customers, or statistics on the current situation of their personal sales forecast.
