SRM SalesReportManager

SRM, the sales report manager, is a smart system designed especially for managing contacts in the ad, reader service, and editing departments.

These contact reports store information on topics, results, complaints, open issues, and other relevant items that arise during a meeting or contact with customers. The reports are important building blocks that are collected and stored in the SRM database, help initiate activities, and can be statistically aggregated and evaluated. These form the core element of a communications culture that is not bound by any one department.

Modern

SRM is a user friendly smart client application with the modern look and feel of Microsoft Office 2007.

Structured

Users can easily and quickly record topics and results of a meeting or contact with current or potential customers, in a structured manner. The structure is role-based and adaptable to the needs of the company. The final sales report appears as an MS Word file.

Active

SRM outputs automatically generate contact-sensitive, follow-up activities into built-in workflows and event editors within SRM. The reports transmit assignments and messages to employees or the software services group. For instance, they automatically compile a distribution list based on the actual content, or initiate follow-up activities or status codes in linked systems.

Lucid

SRM reports are not made up of prose, but rather of structured content that can be assessed. For example, sales managers and management receive qualitatively and quantitatively aggregated statements of customer feedback, acceptance of business models, complaints, etc.

Mobile

SRM can be used wherever the employees are – in the company, at distributed sites, in the field, or on travel, online or offline.

Networked

SRM can be used on a stand-alone basis or integrated seamlessly via Web services with:
