Licenses

muellerPrange software products are licensed to user companies directly or via solution partners.

Update subscriptions

Contractual agreement on the continuous availability of updates and upgrades.

The licensees receive access to the published updates and upgrades with the update subscription agreement and thus ensure their investment. The application is constantly adapted to the changing market conditions in the course of VM development and program maintenance, features are improved, new modules are published, software errors are eliminated. The update subscription is agreed by contract directly between muellerPrange or an international solution partner and the user company.

Support Frame contracts

Contractual agreement on continuous, proactive support for technology, administrators, users and management.

The basis for direct support by muellerPrange is the muellerPrange Support Frame Contract. The pre-requisite for direct support is the update subscription. The Support Frame Contract can be concluded in various performance categories: Basic, Business, Enterprise and comprises regular services for users and administrators from the specialist areas and from technology. Supplementary service packages or individual services can also be booked.

Certification of integration and solution partners

Certification of service partners for support and consulting.

Support and services for users and administrators are performed by certified muellerPrange partners. Solution partners also act in distribution and advise prior to purchase.

Development projects

Individual utilities and adaptions

Individual program utilities outside the scope of the update subscription (for example individual interfaces and user features) are implemented within development projects. The pre-requisite is an update subscription, since this implementation is only offered within the current product development.
