This contractual agreement includes the continued, proactive support of technology, administrators, users, and the management.

The basis for direct support by muellerPrange is muellerPrange’s support frame contract. The pre-requisite for direct support is an update subscription. Support frame contracts can be concluded in different service categories: Basic, Business, and Enterprise, and contain regular services for users and administrators from the various specialist departments and from technology. In addition, sup-plementary service packages or individual services can be subscribed to.


Certified solution and integration partners provide consulting services and support media companies from the pre-sales phase and system deployment to the long-term operational phase.

muellerPrange’s partner network has specialized on media companies for decades with extensive experience in operational analyses, process analyses, technologies, and the qualification of users and administrators. The core competencies are demand, requirement and benefit analyses (tailored to the individual requirements of each customer), professional project management, organizational consulting, workflow optimizations, user workshops, trainings, technical engineering, data transfers and additional application development in the context of muellerPrange’s systems.

Development projects

Individual program extensions outside the scope of services covered by update subscriptions (for instance, individual interfaces and application features) are implemented as part of development projects. Customers are required to make an update subscription because the implementation is only offered in the context of the current product enhancement.
